Volunteer
The volunteer plan is designed to accommodate English teachers with full-time jobs, allowing them to contribute to the program while balancing their professional commitments. The program spans across one school semester and the summer, lasting approximately 8 months.
- Total Commitment: 5 hours per week for teaching.
- Phase 1 (Regular Semester – 4-5 months):
- Volunteers are expected to contribute 5 hours per week.
- Weekdays: 1-2 hours of teaching in the evening.
- Weekends: 3-4 hours of teaching.
- Volunteers are expected to contribute 5 hours per week.
- Phase 2 (Summer – 3 months):
- Teaching commitment increases to 10-15 hours per week.
- Volunteers can offer more hours due to the summer break, fitting within their regular work schedule.
This structure provides flexibility for volunteers, enabling them to contribute meaningfully without overwhelming their work-life balance.
