- Ada Tuana Dönmez is the visionary Founder and CEO of STEPS of Change, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering disadvantaged students in conflict zones through education. At just 17, Ada Tuana founded STEPS of Change with the belief that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their circumstances. Her leadership has driven the organization to provide free English lessons, mentorship, and cultural exchanges to students from the Middle East and Ukraine.
- With a passion for creating opportunities and fostering global connections, Ada Tuana has built a platform where volunteers from around the world can contribute their time and skills to help shape the futures of young students. Currently a student at Minerva University, Ada Tuana brings her knowledge of the science of learning and global perspective to her work, ensuring that STEPS of Change continues to grow and make a lasting impact on the lives of children in need.
